I have special needs
Harlow came to our attention thanks to the kindness and compassion of a local veterinarian. A fluoroscopy and subsequent tests revealed that she had a birth defect related to her heart. It took us a long time, but we were able to raise the money to correct the heart situation and Harlow is a bouncy, happy, silly pup. She will always require a soft diet of liquid food as her esophagus was not fully developed and she could choke on harder foods. For someone who doesn't think that a pet with special dietary needs is a big deal, Harlow would be an excellent companion! You would never know that this fiesty little kid ever had heart surgery! She runs and plays and wrestles with the other dogs in her foster family.Harlow is housebroken and walks well on a leash. She is good with her basic commands (when her puppy attention span allows her to be!). She is a special girl deserving of a very special home. Can you open your heart to Harlow?
