Please Foster Me!
3 year old Leah is yet another victim of a backyard breeder. It is obvious Leah has had a litter – and yet somehow she ends up in a shelter alone & unloved. Leah is a very friendly girl, happy, active and even knows how to play fetch. Our hearts broke when we heard that a dog as sweet as this ended up in a shelter. We fired up our “rescue-mobile” and sprung her from that kennel.
Leah has a gorgeous, short, neat coat. She is friendly with other large dogs, we have yet to see her with small ones. Since her prior life was spent as a breeding machine, so many things are new to her. Walking on a leash is obviously something she has never done before, but once she figured out how to do it, she trotted right off to enjoy her walk. Walks in the park, sniffing trees in the sunshine, Leah is ready to enjoy life. If you are looking for a dog to spend time with Leah may be the girl for you.
Wanna go for a ride in the car? Leah is ready and willing. She settles right down for long car rides.
