Casey

Age: 12 weeks

Gender: male

We got a call from one of our adopters when this adorable puppy mysteriously appeared in his yard! Casey is a very small mix, probably Chihuahua and Beagle, about 12 weeks old.

Adoption Application

Little Casey is anything but a shepherd, but when he had no where to turn, we welcomed him into our rescue. Casey is tiny and just learning what a leash is all about. He won’t get very large–probably no more than 30 pounds at the high end. He is affectionate and refreshingly quiet for a puppy! Casey is already housebroken and he loves the company of other dogs.

Casey is currently in a foster home. To learn more about him, please contact K_dekker@earthlink.net and complete the online application to tell us more about yourself.

WWe require a home visit prior to any dog being placed. In some cases, we may accept a virtual home visit using photos and videos.

Adoption Donation for All Dogs and Puppies:

$495

This donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog’s care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs, so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.

All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
