Crystal is an adorable 15 month old puppy from German show lines. She was bought from a breeder and when there was a divorce in the family, Crystal found herself looking for a new home. Crystal is living proof that champion show dogs end up in shelters and rescues. We took this little girl in as we did not want her used for breeding. Here is what we know about this little beauty…

Crystal is what is known as a “Pink Papered AKC German Import”. She is from show lines and when she walks, she prances like she is in the show ring. She is also a total doll. Crystal loves everyone !!! She loves people, big and little, dogs large and small (she gave kisses to an 8 week old Pug) Crystal has had extensive training and is as smart as they come. She loves to go bye-bye and give kisses. When she trots, she has the aristocratic gait of a show dog, prancing with her legs high. Crystal is wonderful with other dogs and we want her to have a fur-friend in her new and forever home.

Please do not apply to adopt Crystal unless you can commit to loving her for the next 12 to 15 years. And as a 15 month old baby, she will most likely chew your shoes, dig up your garden and do all the naughty things puppies do.

Adoption Donation

  • Adult GSDs: $395
  • Purebred GSD Puppies: $495
  • Mixed GSD Puppies: $395
  • Special Senior-to-Senior Adoptions: $295
This donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog’s care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs, so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.

All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
