Dana is a petite all black shepherd, approximately 2 years young. She is a "leaner" who loves to have you close to her.

Dana is gentle, quiet and sweet. She is eager to have someone special that she can bond with forever. Dana is on the smaller side, probably weighing around 60 pounds. She rides beautifully in the car and walks nicely on a leash. Dana plays nicely with dogs her size. She loves to be cuddled and hugged!

Dana was rescued from an over-crowded animal shelter, where she landed as a stray without a collar or tags. We are learning more about her each day and will update her bio shortly.

Home Visit

WWe require a home visit prior to any dog being placed. In some cases, we may accept a virtual home visit using photos and videos.

Adoption Donation for All Dogs and Puppies:

$495

This donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog’s care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs, so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.

All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
