2 year old Koda is brand new at GSROC. His family could no longer care for him and asked GSROC for help.
Koda is a very happy young guy, full of energy and good will. While he likes children, his size and enthusiastic manner are not a good match for homes with very small children. Sometimes his exuberance can cause him to accidentally knock them over.
Koda also is fond of other dogs and we were told ignores cats while being walked.
Sadly, since he spent his life in the backyard his leash manners need some work. He is such a smart boy – he learns very quickly.
Koda’s ideal family would be one looking for a high-energy dog. This boy is only 2 years old and is still very puppy like. Time and commitment are needed by his prospective family. Koda needs to start obedience training so he can mature into the wonderful dog he is destined to be.
So are you the lucky family that might be able to make this handsome young man be a part of your family?
