Meet our latest litter of precious puppies, 3 males and 2 females. They were born on June 11th and given up by a breeder. They won’t be ready for adoption until August 8th. We are currently accepting applications for the puppies.

Please think long and hard before you elect to adopt a puppy. They require a lot of work, energy, time and patience. There are many frustrating and challenging moments with raising puppies, and adoption is a 11-12 year commitment!

We are asking an adoption donation of $450.00 for each puppy which includes vaccinations to date, deworming, microchip, frontline and spaying or neutering. Your donation makes it possible for us to help other dogs that are in desperate need.

UPDATE

The three males from the litter have been adopted. Laci and her sister Gina are still available and looking for their special homes.

Laci is doing well with her potty training and at just 8 weeks, goes thru a doggy door. She’s a very sweet girl and loves having her tummy rubbed. When her foster mom is preparing her food, she always lays on her feet just to let her know she’s waiting patiently for her food. She loves playing with her toys, sister and the foster family’s bigger dogs. So far she seems to have a mellow and very sweet temperment. If given the choice of playing with the pack or being with her people, she prefers her people even though she does her fair share of playing.

If you’re interested, please fill out the on-line application first and then contact Johnandebhancock@aol.com for more details.

Adoption Application If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, you may submit an application online or via fax. If you choose to send a fax, please download the Adoption Application here in PDF format; fill it out and sign it. You can fax it to us at 714-773-9430.

Home Visit Prior to any dog going home, we do require a home visit to ensure that your environment is safe and secure. Once your home has been approved, the adoption can move forward.

Adoption Donation

  • Adult GSDs: $395
  • Purebred GSD Puppies: $495
  • Mixed GSD Puppies: $395
  • Special Senior-to-Senior Adoptions: $295
This donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog’s care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs, so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.

All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
