Pace is the confident, inquisitive and self-appointed leader of the ‘P’ pack of puppies. He leads his sisters on daily action- packed adventures of chase, tag, and other rough and tumble adventures. There is not a dull moment with Pace at the helm!
Like his sisters, he is learning beginning obedience with a clicker and he is a positive puppy star, soaking up his lessons with glee and begging for more. He is learning to focus on his handler in distracting situations, come when called, sit, down, stay, and shakes paws with a stranger. Pace loves to go for walks and walks beautifully on a loose leash. This athletic youngster shows a natural aptitude for retrieving toys–an activity he works at daily. He runs gracefully on his long legs like a gazelle and would make a great jogging or power walking companion.
Pace enjoys the company of children and other dogs, large and small. He lives with an elderly cat in his foster home, whom he ignores. He is learning basic house manners, uses a doggy door, sleeps in a crate, and is just about housebroken. He rides politely in the car and loves to snooze at your feet or in your lap!
Pace is on his way to becoming a model canine citizen and will make some lucky family a precious companion.
If you can provide plenty of mental and physical stimulation for this budding athlete and will commit to his well-being for the next 12-14 years, please complete the Application to Adopt and contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Pace has been neutered, microchipped, de-wormed, and up to date on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $350 plus $25 for microchip.

Home Visit Prior to any dog going home, we do require a home visit to ensure that your environment is safe and secure. Once your home has been approved, the adoption can move forward.
Adoption Donation Our adoption donation is minimum $350.00 plus $25.00 for microchip for adult dogs and $450 plus $25.00 microchip for puppies 1 year and under. This donation is tax deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog's care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.
All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
