She and her brother (since adopted) came in together from a field adjacent to a homeless encampment. We believe that they were born in the camp and then set loose to fend for themselves.

She and her brother (since adopted) came in together from a field adjacent to a homeless encampment. We believe that they were born in the camp and then set loose to fend for themselves. Rescuers 5 siblings without food, water or shade in 100 degree heat. A loving team of Good Samaritans visited DAILY to make sure that the dogs got water and food, but each night, the water buckets were taken, presumed by members of the camp. The animal lovers did not give up and GSROC was able to welcome Wulfie and Sport into our care. (The remaining siblings went to another rescue.)

Wulfie is a smallish shepherd, probably mixed with Australian Shepherd. She has a loving, gentle temperament and likes other large dogs, especially males. Wulfie is eager to please and, understandably, very treat motivated, so she will make an excellent candidate for positive reinforcement training. If you are looking for a beautiful and sweet girl in a petite size, please come out and meet Wulfie at a future event.

Home Visit

WWe require a home visit prior to any dog being placed. In some cases, we may accept a virtual home visit using photos and videos.

Adoption Donation for All Dogs and Puppies:

$495

This donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog’s care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs, so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.

All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
