GSROC sponsored an alter titled “Crossing the Rainbow Bridge” to honor those pets who have passed at the Day of the Dead  event.  This  event remembers those who’ve passed with 20 decorated altars — or ofrendas — to life, not death; celebration, not mourning; and hope overcoming despair — scattered in the 12-acre park at 200 N. Grand Ave.
