I’m sorry that I haven’t written sooner with an update on Brandy Isabella, however, we had a rather sad holiday season. We took my mother to the hospital on Christmas eve and she passed away a month later. I must tell you that she and Brandy were instant friends as soon as they met in May. Altho’ my mom was 89 and rather frail, Brandy was always gentle when she was around her and my mom loved her a lot.
Anyway, although we didn’t have ‘Christmas’ per se this year, we didn’t want our girl Brandy to miss out, so we did have a gift opening hour for her. She enjoyed herself immensely, as the photos will attest. It was a pleasure to watch her, and how she appreciated everything. I don’t know how we would have gotten through that time without her.
