Gwen is doing great and has settled in just fine. During the day I take rest periods and Gwen comes into the bedroom and lays down on the dog bed in our room while I rest. She still uses her crate at night. She has exhibited some fear aggression when someone new comes to the house and still startles easily. We are working on these issues with a trainer and learning “clicker” training which Gwen is picking up very quickly. Her vet check went very well and she is the picture of perfect health. This week she had her first hot oil treatment bath which I think she enjoyed immensely! She is a great companion and is always at one of our sides. She is a gem and we are enjoying having her as a member of our family.
