Well, where do I start, My husband and I recieved a beautiful red and black German Shepherd. His name is Koby, anyways, we live in Northridge California and for anyone who lives in Orange County knows how far that is. 65 miles to be exact…it was worth the drive, and on the way back, Koby laid down on the bench seat of the van, right next to me and was completely calm for 1-1/2 hours. When we got home, he was such a good boy. He went into our gigantic backyard and was like: “where are the other animals and how come it’s so quiet?” Koby fetches, drops the ball at my feet on command “drop it”. He walks so well on the leash. He slept in our bedroom on a big doggie pillow and slept from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. He went in the yard to do his “business”. How lucky are we to have found someone like the Orange County German Shepherd Rescue and Holly, Koby’s foster mom, who worked at making this dog the best pet ever.
