14 month old Lexy came to us from the OC Shelter. We received a frantic call that a momma dog was giving birth in the cold, concrete dog run. When we rushed in to help her, we discovered a sweet, gentle, frightened girl trying to take care of her 7 puppies, even though she was no more than a puppy herself. Lexy has attractive markings and closely resembles a Belgian Malinois in her build and coloration. She is a ‘velcro’ girl who thrives on attention and leadership. Lexy has tremendous potential to become a wonderful companion for some lucky person or family. She is at the perfect age for training. We think she would enjoy having a dog her own size to rough-house with, and we suspect that with proper introduction she would ignore kitties. To learn more about our sweet Lexy, please click
