Baxter is an enthusiastic, two-year-old male, who, at a small sixty pounds, is full-grown. His short, neat coat has us hypothesizing that he is a German Shepherd-Boxer mix. How he was injured and what impaled him remains a mystery, but his dramatic-looking wound is healing perfectly, and despite a long line of stitches, Baxter remains high in energy and spirits! Baxter’s ideal home would have another dog his own size for him to wrestle with, as he is a happy-go-lucky, active boy who loves to play with friends and toys. Baxter is trained, knows his basic commands, and walks well on a loose leash. Though he is full of ebullient puppy energy, this affectionate kid settles nicely when it’s time to cuddle. Baxter will be an unbelievable buddy for people pals and canine companions alike!
