Cindy and two other shepherds were confiscated by Animal Control when their mentally ill owner was arrested for taking the police on a wild chase through Los Angeles. The troubled woman will be in jail or a mental institution, so her dogs are looking for new homes. Blackie, Cindy and Nicki were all living in a van with their owner for 2 years. Cindy is sweet, but shy around any new people. GSROC has enrolled her in private training to help her relax and gain confidence. Cindy is, the sister of Blackie and the daughter of Nicki.
