Manfred and his sister, Mirabelle, were found tied to a fence in the blazing heat. Many people passed them by, but finally a kind animal lover took them home, gave them food and water and checked them for chips. When no owners could be found, Manfred and Mirabelle came to GSROC. Manfred is soft and submissive. He would love another dog playmate!
