Adoption Application

Meet Candace — the total package in a classic German Shepherd puppy.

She loves to play, especially when toys or a game of fetch are involved, and she’ll happily keep you entertained with her playful energy. But what really makes Candace special is her balance — she has a great “off switch” and is perfectly content to settle down on her bed and relax while her people unwind.

Candace is already off to a great start with her manners. She walks nicely on a leash, rides calmly in the car, and is crate trained, making her an easy addition to a home ready for a young pup.

Currently thriving in her foster home, Candace is learning what it means to be part of a family — and she’s ready to bring that same love, companionship, and fun into her forever home.

Home Visit

WWe require a home visit prior to any dog being placed. In some cases, we may accept a virtual home visit using photos and videos.

Adoption Donation for All Dogs and Puppies:

$495

This donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog’s care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs, so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.

All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
