At nearly 90 pounds, Yogi is every bit as big in personality as he is in size — and his gentle, affectionate nature makes him impossible not to love. One of his favorite things is carrying around soft plush toys, which is especially adorable considering how large he is. Yogi loves car rides, enjoys heading out on adventures, and is always happiest when he’s spending time with his people. He does well with most other dogs and is friendly with people, making him an easy companion to have by your side.

Despite all the love he has to give, Yogi has been waiting with the rescue for over a year and would truly love a couch — and a family — to finally call his own. With his sweet spirit, calm companionship, and goofy charm, Yogi is ready to become someone’s loyal best friend for life.

Home Visit

WWe require a home visit prior to any dog being placed. In some cases, we may accept a virtual home visit using photos and videos.

Adoption Donation for All Dogs and Puppies:

$495

This donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law and helps to offset the costs that we have incurred for the dog’s care and housing during his or her stay with our group. The minimum adoption donation does not entirely cover the investments that we have made in the dogs, so if you are in a position to give more, we would be honored to receive your additional donation. All adoption donations go directly toward the needs of our dogs.

All dogs adopted through GSROC are spayed or neutered, current on their vaccines and de-wormed. Because the minimum Adoption Donation rarely covers the costs associated with each dog, we ask that adopters who are in a position to give additional funds do so at their discretion.
