Scooter was a stowaway during a rescue visit to a local shelter. He is 8 pounds of adorable. Scooter was overwhelmed at the shelter so GSROC scooped him to safety. He is visually impaired but he doesn’t let that slow him down. Scooter is the ultimate cuddler!
