Maya is a cute puppy who has a broken leg. Incredibly, her leg was broken when kids in the neighborhood began kicking her for sport! Her family was unable to afford the cost of repairing her leg and took her to the shelter.
Animal Control was horrified when Maya was dropped off. Who could do this type of damage to a sweet little puppy? When we heard Maya’s story, our hearts went out to her. We could not turn our back on this helpless sweetie.
Our vet has examined Maya and has discovered she also may have Mega E. To learn more about this condition, please click here:

Can you help support Maya during this time? Maya has already endured so much in her short life – please help us show her that life will improve. She will need additional vet testing and special food for as well as treatment for her broken leg.
